Neospora caninum MAb Ascites gp65 IgG1 Isotype

Recognizes as a binding epitope a 65 kDa glycosylated protein of Neospora caninum IgG1 isotype. Suitable for ELISA, indirect immunofluorescence, Western blot, dot blot and postmortem immunohistochemical analysis. This monoclonal antibody is produced as mouse ascites fluid, clarified by centrifugation, and filtered through a 0.2 micrometer filter. The concentration is 1.0 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline, preserved with sodium azide.
