Bovine Herpesvirus Type 5 (BHV-5) MAb Ascites gC IgM Isotype
Reacts with an immunodominant glycoprotein gC of Bovine Herpesvirus 5. IgM isotype. Useful for ELISA, indirect immunofluorescence, Western blot and immunoprecipitation assays. Does not react with BHV-1, BHV-2, BHV-3 or BHV-4. This monoclonal antibody is produced as mouse ascites fluid, clarified by centrifugation, and filtered through a 0.2 micrometer filter. The concentration is 1.0 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline, preserved with sodium azide.
