Getting Started
Because testing requirements vary widely, we strongly encourage a phone call or email to services@vmrd.com, to discuss your testing needs, sample submission requirements, and pricing.
Test Worksheets
Test worksheets may be reviewed during an onsite audit. Test worksheets are available with your final report upon request. As with final reports, worksheets specific to each sample are archived by PDF and can usually be provided within minutes of a request.
Old Reports
VMRD can provide copies of archived report(s) when requested by the original client. Give us a call at 509-334-5815 or email us at services@vmrd.com. Reports are archived by PDF and are usually available within minutes of receiving a request.
Final Reports
Final reports are available through our Customer Portal. Once a report has been approved and signed by the Study Director and QA, it is uploaded immediately and can be accessed at any time. To create an account, email services@vmrd.com, and our team will assist you.
Reports are typically ready 4–6 business days after testing is complete. If you prefer physical delivery, we can send reports via US Mail or FedEx for an additional fee. Please indicate any special delivery requirements with your submission.
Technical support for services can be reached at services@vmrd.com. Consulting and research services are also available on a contract basis.
Technical Assistance
Invoices are emailed as soon as final reports are issued, unless you have requested an alternative delivery method. Custom studies require 30% prepayment. Payment can be made by wire transfer or by Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. Please indicate if you plan to pay by credit card when placing your order.
Do not send credit card information by email.
For invoice questions or to request wire transfer instructions, please contact our Finance Department at finance@vmrd.com. Email is the most efficient way to reach our team.
Invoicing Procedures
Sample Submission
Samples should be shipped to VMRD Biologics Testing Services, addressed to “Testing Services.” All submissions must include a completed Sample Submission Form indicating the tests requested.
Sample submission is completed through our Customer Portal, which is the preferred and most efficient way to initiate testing. To create a portal account, email services@vmrd.com, and our team will assist you with setup.

Transit Permits
USDA regulations may require a valid import/transit permit to ship biological samples. Please contact us at services@vmrd.com.
