RT-QuIC amplification reagent from VMRD is the first commercially available reagent to perform RT-QuIC assays for chronic wasting disease detection. RT-QuIC offers vastly increased sensitivity over current testing methods and can facilitate research projects for CWD detection in many tissue types taken ante- or post-mortem. In combination with VMRD 5x Reaction buffer and 10x Dilution buffer setup is as straight forward as an ELISA assay.
