Getting Started Because testing requirements vary widely, we strongly encourage a phone call or email to services@vmrd.com , to discuss your testing needs, sample submission requirements, and pricing. Test Worksheets Test worksheets may be reviewed during an onsite audit. Test worksheets are available with your final report upon request. As with final reports, worksheets specific to each sample are archived by PDF and can usually be provided within minutes of a request. Reports are archived by PDF and are usually available within minutes of receiving a request. Final Reports Final reports are available through our Customer Portal . Once a report has been approved and signed by the Study Director and QA, it is uploaded immediately and can be accessed at any time. To create an account, email services@vmrd.com, and our team will assist you. Reports are typically ready 4–6 business days after testing is complete. If you prefer physical delivery, we can send reports via US Mail or FedEx for an additional fee. Please indicate any special delivery requirements with your submission.
