Canine Distemper Virus (CDV) FITC Conjugate

Anti-Canine Distemper Virus (CDV) polyclonal antiserum conjugated to fluorescein isothiocyanate. Caprine origin. This reagent is suitable for titration and/or detection of CDV in cell cultures or tissues. Especially good for staining buffy/blood smears or conjunctival scrapings for the diagnosis of acute, primary distemper in dogs. Does not stain other common canine viruses. Available as a ready-to-use 10 mL aliquot (CJ-F-CDV-10ML) or as a 50X concentrate in 2 mL aliquots (CJ-F-CDV-50X).
