Canine Adenovirus (CAV) FITC Conjugate
Anti-Canine Adenovirus (CAV) polyclonal antiserum conjugated to fluorescein isothiocyanate. Porcine origin. This reagent is suitable for CAV-2 virus identification in cell cultures and in animal tissues. This reagent may also react with at least some isolates of CAV-1. Does not react with other common canine viruses or with canine tissue antigens. Broad reactivity with hexon and fiber antigens. When necessary, CAV-1 and CAV-2 may be differentiated with our monoclonal antibodies, 2E10-H2 and 4H1-A7, respectively. Available as a ready-to-use 10 mL aliquot (CJ-F-CAV-10ML) or as a 50X concentrate in 2 mL aliquots (CJ-F-CAV-50X).
