Canine Parvovirus (CPV) MAb Ascites IgG2a Isotype

Reacts with Canine Parvovirus CPV-2A and CPV-2B (does not react with CPV-1); also reacts with Feline Panleukopenia Virus and Mink Enteritis Virus IgG2a isotype. This monoclonal antibody is produced as mouse ascites fluid, clarified by centrifugation, and filtered through a 0.2 micrometer filter. The concentration is 1.0 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline containing 4 mg/ml BSA, preserved with sodium azide. Suitable for indirect immunofluorescence and virus neutralization.
