How do I start testing with VMRD?
You can contact VMRD Services via email (firstname.lastname@example.org), telephone (509-334-5815) or fax (509-332-5356). Because testing requirements vary widely, we strongly encourage a phone call to our Laboratory Director, to discuss your testing needs, sample submission requirements and pricing.
How do I get a price list?
VMRD does not offer a published price list. However, a price quotation tailored to your specific testing needs will be provided.
How do I get a price quotation?
The best way to contact us is by phone at 509-334-5815. Our Laboratory Director is always happy to guide you through the process of determining the type of testing necessary and submitting your sample for testing. If you prefer, you can email us at email@example.com. Please indicate the type of material that needs testing and the testing required. If we are able to perform the testing, a quotation detailing price, turnaround time and sample requirements will be sent to your attention.
How do I pay for testing?
Standard terms are Net 30 and all payments must be in USD. VMRD accepts payment via check, credit card (Visa, Master Card or American Express) or wire transfer. A credit application will be sent to all new clients. We are happy to accept credit card payments until credit is established. Custom studies require 25% prepayment. Bank Wire Transfer Notification and payment Instructions can be found here.
I need to obtain a copy of an old report.
VMRD can provide copies of archived report(s) when requested by the original client. Give us a call at 509-334-5815 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Reports are archived by PDF and are usually available within minutes of receiving a request.
What type of a report is issued after testing is completed?
The final signed report on company letterhead will detail client information, client contact person, sample description and identification, accession date, accession number, assay start and completion dates, test(s) performed, results of the test(s), control numbers and a QA statement.
Can I obtain a copy of the test worksheets and methods?
Test worksheets may be reviewed during an onsite audit. For an additional fee, test worksheets are available with your final report. As with final reports, worksheets specific to each sample are archived by PDF and can usually be provided within minutes of a request.
How are reports issued?
Final reports are sent by PDF to the email of the primary contact listed on the submission form, unless otherwise requested. Reports are generally emailed 4-6 business days after testing has been completed. Delivery by US Mail or FedEx is also available for an additional charge. If you require special delivery, please note this on your submission form.
Final reports can also be accessed via our New Customer Portal. Reports are uploaded to the portal immediately after they have been approved and signed by the Study Director and QA and can be accessed 24/7. If you would like to sign up for the portal, please let us know by sending us an email to email@example.com. A Customer Experience Representative will assist you in account creation.
Who may I speak with to discuss the results on the report?
Please call VMRD at 509-334-5815 and reference the accession number or your sample lot number. Each report has a unique accession number clearly marked on the report in bold type. We are always glad to answer any questions you may have about your test results.
