FACS Profile:

FACS profile above obtained with equine leukocytes.
CD2 is expressed on virtually all thymocytes, T lymphocytes and NK cells. The expression on mature B cells is controversial for some species. CD2 is expressed on mouse and porcine B cells and also on rat, ovine, and bovine splenic macrophages at low levels.

This monoclonal antibody is produced as mouse ascites fluid, clarified by centrifugation, and filtered through a 0.2 micrometer filter. The antibody concentration is 1.0 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline, preserved with 0.09% sodium azide.
