So what's with this parrot and ELISAWare™?

Well, we knew you would ask that—everyone does—but the fact is, we're not quite sure how the parrot got to be associated with ELISAWare™. We were looking for a colorful mascott for ELISAWare™ and the parrot showed up so we went with it. You have to be careful around here—look unoccupied and you are liable to be put to work.

If you can think of a good reason to associate the parrot with ELISAWare™, we would love to hear it. We are tired of hemming and hawing when people ask, "What does the parrot mean?"
